Secured Military Bases. The remaining federal government officials stay in these locations. They remain on the move going between different bases.

These cities have been determined clean. There is little to no virus contamination here. They either were never infected or have been re-built. These places function normally and have security measures in place to avoid infection.

This consists of all cities in the U.S. that are not specifically listed in the infected or demon controlled areas.

These are cities and towns that are dealing with a little bit of a Croatoan problem, but aren't in serious trouble... yet. You should be alright as long as you know random violence when you see it and avoid it. Also, it helps if you know your way around a rifle or can run like the wind. Surrounding areas would be pretty safe with the occasional Croat hanging around.

Sub-boards: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Denver, Colorado, Charlotte, North Carolina

I don't wanna say these cities are a lost cause, but they sure as hell aren't safe. These places have been taken over by the Croatoan virus, but since the government has a lot on their plate, they haven't quarantined them yet. Some roads probably aren't driveable, businesses aren't functioning normally, electricity may or may not work. You gotta fight for your right to party. Areas around these cities would probably be moderately infected, but not hopeless.

Sub-boards: Seattle, Washington, Tucson, Arizona, Salt Lake City, Utah, Memphis, Tennessee, Miami, Florida

These are the cities that were hit first when Pestilence started his whole "infect the world" scheme. Unfortunately, by the time the right people paid enough attention to figure out a plan, it was too late to salvage the cities. Remaining uninfected were supposedly evacuated, but rumor has it they were just left to fend for themselves. These cities were walled off in one way or another so nothing could easily get in or out. No running water, no electricity, food and medical supplies are limited, most buildings and roads are completely destroyed.

Sub-boards: Chicago, Illinois, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Houston, Texas

Pretty self-explanatory, amigo. These places have been taken over by demons. The safety level is touch and go depending on your alliance and which demon you're dealin' with, but if you ain't evil it's probably a bad idea to show up. Just sayin'.

Communities that have popped up comprised of survivors that have not returned to one of the operational cities.

For example: Jo and Ellen took over an abandoned small town and continue to live there with their group of survivors.

A small island off the coast of Maine. This is a survivor camp with emphasis on medical treatment and healing. Lachlan has made this his headquarters.
